Learn about two Rippleffect events that will get you out on the water to test your mettle, have fun, and meet dynamic people in your community. Both the Kayak Regatta and Rendezvous benefit Rippleffect's youth development mission of providing learning adventures in living classrooms to Maine youth.
Lively music, cold beverages, and snacks provided.
Dress: Wet suits and paddle skirts optional!
Kayak Regatta – August 7-10th
Join 35 zealous paddlers on a 45 mile, sea kayaking adventure on the historic waters of Penobscot Bay. Live music, massage, and lobster included!
Kayak Rendezvous – September 6th
Race to Cow Island with 150 paddlers of all abilities!
BBQ, live music, team and individual prizes…
